The only thing we require is that you perform the factory-required maintenance at any Ken Garff location. Factory-required maintenance schedules can be found in your vehicle's service manual (if you are buying a new vehicle) or in the "Pre-Owned Vehicle Service Maintenance Book" provided (if you are buying a pre-owned vehicle). We require the maintenance work to be done at a Ken Garff location because this warranty is provided for Free and we need to know that you are doing your part to help extend the life of your vehicle (your warranty will remain in effect only if you follow the pre-scribed maintenance schedule).
